Fall Risk Assessment
Description
Assess your fall risk. The BTrack system is used to determine a balance score which indicates an individual's risk of falling as either high, moderate or low. Based on that score, exercises are provided to maintain or improve a balance score. Sign up today to determine whether or not you are at risk.
